CANCELATION POLICY

• 15 days prior to arrival, without charge
• 7 days before arrival, 20% of rooms reserved.
• 3 days before arrival, 50% of reserved rooms
• No show, 100% of rooms reserved

TERMS OF RESERVATIONS

In the event that Na Bolom does not receive the deposit of 50% within 5 days prior to the date of arrival, Na Bolom has the reserved rights to cancel the reservation without need to consult the client.

• For tour agencies or events, the total sum of the rooms or event should be completed 3 days beforehand.
• For events Na Bolom requires a deposit of $1,000 pesos. The condition of event rental status that the client is obliged to cover 100% for the costs of any damage that may occur during the event. The deposit will be refunded on the completion of the event without any damages.
• In the event that the client requires a printed tax reciept, please send details of tax number, name of company and address and name of person whom the reciept should be addressed at time of booking.
• Regarding cancellation of events: the client has the right to cancel without charge 5 working days alter date of booking.
• 15 days before event, Na Bolom will refund 50% of deposit.
• 3 days before event Na Bolom will refund 30% of deposit
• 1 day before event, no refund.
