More than 70 years later, we're still harvesting  the same herbs, vegetables, and fruits  she used to serve anthropologists, artists, and travellers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our menu changes with the garden's seasons. Traditional Chiapas cuisine with ingredients grown metres from your table.   High-altitude coffee roasted in San Crist\u00f3bal.
