Gertrude Duby planted this organic garden in 1951. More than 70 years later, we're still harvesting the same herbs, vegetables, and fruits she used to serve anthropologists, artists, and travellers.

Our menu changes with the garden's seasons. Traditional Chiapas cuisine with ingredients grown metres from your table. High-altitude coffee roasted in San Cristóbal. Recipes that have fed generations of visitors.

Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Coffee & desserts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Open to guests and visitors. Reservations recommended.
